Cybelec off- line programming system PC1200 emulates the press brake control on a regular desktop PC. Designers and programmers are able to use the software as a tool to check the feasibility of making new parts without having to waste time and material.

Programming of parts can be made off-line and the programs stored on a network ready for the press brake operator to retrieve when needed. DXF or IGES files of parts can be read directly into the software used for preparation of programs.

Follow the screenshots on the left to see the sequence of events:

  1. 1. Import a DXF file of the component to be produced into the Cybelec CAD Interface module
  2. Edit DXF file within CAD Interface module to remove unwanted information
  3. Select outline of part by highlighting
  4. Select bend lines of part by highlighting
  5. Part is now ready for bend processing
  6. Bend sequencing in 3D
  7. Bend sequencing in 3D
